Reflexology

Reflexology is a well-known and respected holistic therapy. It works on the principal that every organ and system of the body has a corresponding point or zone in the feet.

Gentle to firm pressure is applied to each pressure point on the toes, feet and ankles and can help increase circulation, strengthen the immune system, help with hormone imbalances, and promote relaxation. Reflexology benefits are many and can help with conditions related to digestive issues including IBS symptoms, sinus congestion, headaches and migraine, stress, insomnia, back pain and much more.

Monthly treatments may be best to help maintain your health and overall sense of wellbeing and balance.

We also offer CBD Reflexology, more info here CBD Massage.

Pre Natal Reflexology also helps to prepare the body for labour by balancing the systems of the body, especially the endocrine system, which governs the labour process. length of labour can be greatly reduced by having regular reflexology sessions in the weeks prior to the estimated delivery date.
