How do I make an appointment?

All appointments can be made by calling us on 021 4905986 or you can email us on info@priyatherapy.com.

We do not take bookings or cancellations through Facebook or Instagram.

You will be asked to pay a booking fee that will secure the booking and require at least 24hrs to change or cancel the appointment.

The following massage/facial/reflexology treatments will require 50% non-refundable booking fees.
30min (booking fee of €25)

What is our cancellation policy?

It is important you are fully aware of our cancellation policy listed below:

If you need to cancel an appointment a minimum of 24hrs notice is required.

PLEASE NOTE: 48hrs notice required for ALL MONDAY bookings & all 90mins bookings.

Less that 24hrs notice and we will use the booking fee to cover the cost and you will have to pay in full for your next appointment.

No Show: will be charged 100% of the treatment cost and will have to pay in full for their next appointment.

Late arrivals: we will do our best to accommodate but our time slots are minimal and will have to be charged for.

PLEASE NOTE : All bookings and cancellations must be done by telephone or email.

Do I have to pay a booking fee?

If you would like to pre book your appointment then YES, everybody is asked to pay a booking fee. We also take voucher numbers in lieu of booking fees, in this case we will need the voucher number.

What’s the difference between henna and regular tinting?

Henna tinting should last longer than regular tint if you follow the aftercare advise. How long is that? It really depends on the individual and what you general routine is. Henna tint is a more natural tint and does not use peroxide to mix the colour. It generally last a little longer than regular tint.

What can I do to make my eyebrow tint last longer?

Keep them dry for the first 12/24 hours. Don't be tempted to wash (or touch) your brows after tinting .Cleanse around the brow area; this gives the tint more time to settle into the hairs. When you do remove your makeup avoid oil based cleansers.

Use our Priya brow oil on you brows, available to buy In Store but wait 48 hours as we always apply this to your brows before you leave so no need to re-apply that day/night.

Its always better to go a little darker with the tint in the first place, the colour WILL FADE so going a little darker will then last longer.

Can I have treatments if I am pregnant?

It is really important to let us know in confidence if you are pregnant as there are certain treatments and products not suitable throughout pregnancy. (Henna and lash lift) We are not insured to treat anyone in their first trimester of pregnancy.

However, after this time we can offer lots of treatments and adapt treatments to suit you and your baby! Pre-natal Reflexology is a lovely pre-natal treatment.

Below is some contraindications for prenatal massage or reflexology.
High risk pregnancy;
Pregnancy induced hypertension (PIH);
Preeclampsia;
Previous pre-term labor;
Experiencing severe swelling, high blood pressure, or sudden, severe headaches.

Why do I need a patch test?

This is to make sure you don't have a reaction to certain products used. It is required by our insurers that we carry out a test patch for all new clients, even if you have had these treatments in other salons.

Main treatments that require test patching are brow, eyelash tinting and lash lifting.

Please allow 24/48 hours after the patch test has been carried out before having one of these treatments. Please let us know if you have an adverse reaction. This could be redness or itching.

ALL first time clients need a patch test, you will need to book a patch test, it takes less that 5 mins and you will read and sign a patch test form. It is up to you to know when and if your need to re patch test. All information will be available on the patch test form.
