PATCH TESTING
We require all tint and lash lift clients to be re patch tested before your treatment, again this can be done at any time but needs to be done 48hrs before your appointment.

You must book an appointment for a patch test, it only takes 5 minutes.

You can’t have a patch test if you have had your vaccine/booster in the 2 weeks before your patch test or tint/lift treatment.
We need to re patch test after every vaccine/booster.

Regular Tint requires patch testing every 3 months.
Henna Tint requires re patch testing every 6 months.

PREGNANT or BREASTFEEDING clients must be patch tested before every treatment. Henna not suitable for pregnancy.

As our appointments are precious and in order to secure the future of our business through this extremely challenging time, a mandatory non-refundable booking fee will be required for all appointments.

Non-refundable payment or booking fees will be required at the time of booking to secure your appointment

The following will require full non-refundable payment

  • All Brow Bar services
  • All 30min treatments

The following will require 50% non-refundable booking fees.

  • 45min (deposit of €32.50)
  • 60min (deposit of €42.50)
  • 90min (deposit of €62.50)

It is important you are fully aware of our cancellation policy listed below:

If you need to cancel an appointment a minimum of 24hrs notice is required: a rescheduled date will be offered to be used within 4 weeks of the original date.

PLEASE NOTE: 48hrs notice required for ALL MONDAY bookings & all 90mins bookings.

Less that 24hrs notice will not be refunded the amount paid and will have to pay in full for your next appointment.

No Show: will be charged 100% of the treatment cost and will have to pay in full for their next appointment.

Late arrivals: we will do our best to accommodate but our time slots are minimal and will have to be charged for.

PLEASE NOTE : All bookings and cancellations must be done by telephone or email.

We don’t take bookings or cancellations on Facebook or Instagram
