Because of enforced social distancing measures and other extra precautions we have to take we must safe guard our appointments. It is important you are fully aware of our cancellation policy, listed below:
For those who will need to cancel an appointment a minimum of 24hrs notice is required
48hrs notice required for ALL MONDAY bookings
48hrs notice required for all treatments taking more than an hour.
Less that 24hrs notice will not be refunded the amount paid and will have to pay in full for your next appointment.
No Show: will be charged 100% of the treatment cost and will have to pay in full for their next appointment.
Late arrivals: we will do our best to accommodate but our time slots are minimal and will have to be charged for.
