This data is shared with other Google services. Google may use the collected data to contextualise and personalise the ads of its own advertising network. You can opt-out of having made your activity on the Service available to Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. We will not store or collect your payment card details. In-store Data Collection

Customers may submit their personal information in-store to allow the completion of service; such as Appointment Bookings and Phone Orders. The information submitted, is only utilised by Priya Therapy. Priya Therapy are the data controls and processors for all the personal information submitted in-store, unless otherwise indicate at the point of collection.

Data Retention

Priya Therapy keep the Master Data and other personal data you provide, for as long as you are subscribed to our newsletter, using our App, or as needed to provide you with our services. If you choose to unsubscribe form the newsletter or delete the app, please note that all your account information will also be deleted. Priya Therapy will also delete this information upon your request.

Security Measures

We use reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect your personal information within our organisation and we regularly audit our system for vulnerabilities. However,Priya Therapy cannot ensure or warrant the security of the information you transmit to us. Emails sent via the Website may not be encrypted, and we therefore advise you not to include any confidential information in your emails to Priya Therapy.

How to Access Personal Data

If you have subscribed to our newsletter , or downloaded our App you can see what information we have about you, including your personal information.  You can email and request information about your personal data. Upon receiving your request, we will let you know what personal information we have about you, how we collect the information, the purpose for which we process your personal data, and who we share your personal information with.

Deletion of your Personal Data

If the personal information that we have about you in our capacity as a data controller is incorrect or misleading, you can correct most of the information yourself via your Account. We recommend that you make any the correction(s) yourself. Otherwise, you are welcome to ask us to assist with correcting your information. If your Account is deleted, all the data associated with your Account will be deleted.

Children’s Information

  • Our website is not intended for children under the age of 18.
