Value Added Tax (VAT)

The price of all items is inclusive of 21% VAT.

Deliveries

Goods in stock will be dispatched in Ireland within 4-5 days, UK/Europe within 5-8 days, Rest Of World 6-14 days. Customers who order out of stock goods or non-stock items will be notified of their expected dispatch date by e-mail. Deliveries are by general post. In consequence we are unable, at this time, to deliver liquids outside the island of Ireland. International delivery services are slightly out of our control, in that we cannot guarantee an arrival date once the package leaves Ireland.

Secure Shopping

We use Endeavour for all your online transactions. Endeavour have been certified by Allied Irish Banks Merchant Services.

Security is probably one of the most significant concerns for the shopper during an online transaction - in reality, an online transaction is probably more secure than a card transaction in a shop or conducted over the telephone or by fax, as the information transmitted online is strongly encrypted using complicated logarithm combinations.

When you purchase our products, you are automatically re-routed to the Endeavour website to complete a safe and secure transaction. We never store your credit card details, Endeavour looks after all payments on our behalf. Endeavour never stores your personal information, nor will you ever be asked to provide confidential information (e.g. bank passwords etc.) by email.

Governing Law and Contract Information

No contract will subsist between you and www.priyatherapy.com for the sale by it to you of any product unless and until www.priyatherapy.com accepts your order by email confirming your order. Furthermore, any such contract will be interpreted, construed and enforced in all respects in accordance with the relevant legislation.
