Returns Policy

In the event that you are not satisfied with your online purchase you can return it to us in its original condition within 21 days of purchase with a relevant receipt or web order reference number. Please package the item securely and send it to us with the delivery slip. For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. As soon as we receive the returned goods, we will refund the purchase price for that item. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is faulty.
